Today I will begin with Upper body movements targeting mainly lower abs and obliques. I will also train chest. I will work with A LOT of cardio. "Running/Swimming"
I have still been working in lots of aesthetics training. I am facing problems with having my core so strong and having it so conditioned that it is extremely hard to get it sore. Here in the bottom picture you can see me doing some core work. I am doing wind shield wipers. They are an extreme workout that you can do to target your abs and your obliques. This workout is so hard that you do not have to do a lot of this to really begin to feel anything. I always do a good 4 or 5 workouts for my abs every day to help insure that my stomach is maintaining that high level of stress so I can see some growth in my abs more specific my lower abs. I can see my upper abs so my problem has been targeting my diet and my workouts around my lower abs to be able to see really what has been going on. I am already cutting a bit with extra cardio and I am also adding in more workouts a day to my lower core to help ensure that I have the needed stress on my stomach to help it grow like it is wanting too.
I have been able to see more growth in my lower abs. I can tell that my extra cardio has been doing what it is supposed to. I am going to try to loose about 4 or 5 pounds to cut down to a lower level of body fat percentage so I can be sure that fat is not my problem for the reason my abs are not coming in. We all know how much that would suck!!!!! I have been doing a lot of roman chair work. I can tell that my leg lifts not only on the roman chair also the ground and also on the pull up bar are really working. I am loving the growth I am seeing in my stomach and in this picture you can tell how low my body fat is by seeing veins forming in the bottom of my stomach. Here in this picture below you can see how my lower abs are actually starting to peak through my skin to show what they are made of to keep this growth going higher and higher I am going to continue to make my workout harder and harder to keep up the stress!!!!
Today is really all about abs. I mean ABS! I am going to shoot through this Plitt style! All the way. Let's go! Here in this picture I can tell my lower abs are starting to grow and peak through my skin its wonderful to see these new muscles. I really admire a good work ethic and a strong mental physique over a physical any day. I will continue to do cardio and cut and cut and cut.
The fitness model above is Greg plitt this is to explain what Plitt style means. Plitt style is my saying for working hard and your potential allows you to do period. Finding a way to just work with no excuses EVER. Please note how developed my physique is for 16 Greg Plitt was pro I am already starting to form up like he is.
I have gained about 5 pounds.
Of course with gaining weight and with the process of loosing weight is the only real way anyone can really achieve an aesthetic physique. I am going to cut off about 8 pounds. I will do a mass gain on my lower abs and that is it. With the rest of my body already being very much in fine tune I need to get my abs where ever other muscle in my body is before I decide to honestly really take and further steps to gaining anything so for now I am going to just cut and maintain a level of mass that is functional and lean.

When I am open about training everything I mean I train EVERYTHING. I work with the most straining gut wrenching endurance work. I also train very heavy flexability I know I am bulk in a way but do not think for a second I can not kick you in the face. I train in water and I also train in strength and gymnastics rings work. There are days where I will train a whooping hours at a time and sleep deprive a few days then hop in a swimming fool and go at it. I nearly work myself to death I know and can understand that everything I do really is mind over matter and that I can do anything I set my mind to do period. |
